How to Return an Item

  1. Enter your order number and postal code.
  2. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once your return request is approved.
  4. Make sure to return your item within 2 weeks after receiving the approval.

What Items are Returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your shipment if they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Free gifts or promotional items are not refundable.
  • If returning a product linked to a promotional item (free/discounted), both the product and the promotional item must be returned together. If the promotional item is missing, the original amount of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund.

Are There Any Charges for Returns?

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • In certain cases, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, return costs will be free.
  • If the return shipment was sent pre-paid, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • For items valued over €55, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
